Prices

All prices are listed in USD and EURO.

• For shipments to the United States, import duties and other customs charges are included in the price.
• For shipments to Canada, GST/HST is not included in the price.
• Shipments to the United States, Canada, and Europe are free if the total order amount is equal to or exceeds 100 USD. For orders under 100 USD, a flat rate of 20 USD applies.

Product Information and Availability

Despite our efforts to ensure the accuracy of our e-commerce website, it is possible that information may be incomplete, contain material errors, or be outdated. Obvious mistakes or errors in product selection are not binding on Bhecumi.com. We are bound only by an obligation of means concerning the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. Bhecumi.com is not liable for obvious material or typographical errors.

If the Customer has specific questions regarding sizes, colors, availability, delivery terms, or methods, they should contact our customer service department by email before placing an order.

Our product selection is valid while stocks last and may be modified or withdrawn by Bhecumi.com at any time. Bhecumi.com cannot be held liable for the unavailability of any product. If an offer is valid for a limited period or is subject to specific conditions, these will be explicitly stated in the offer.

Payment

Bhecumi.com accepts credit cards. Credit card details are not stored in our database. We take every precaution to process your payment securely.

Shipping and Delivery

Bhecumi.com delivers worldwide from Monday to Friday.

• Shipments to the United States, Canada, and Europe are free if the total order amount is equal to or exceeds 100 USD. For orders under 100 USD, a flat rate of 20 USD applies.
• Delivery periods and exact shipping costs depend on the destination and selected delivery method. These will be communicated at the time of order placement.
• Once your package is shipped, you can track it via your account or by using the tracking code provided in the shipping confirmation email.
• Orders will be delivered to the Customer’s residence within 30 days of receiving the order, unless otherwise agreed.

The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer when the goods are physically received by the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer (other than the carrier). If the Customer has arranged their own carrier, the risk transfers upon delivery to that carrier.

Issues with Delivery

Any visible damage to or defects in the product or any other issues with the delivery must be reported immediately to Bhecumi.com.

Returns and Cancellations

Bhecumi.com guarantees customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with the products received, you may return them at your own cost within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be complete, unused, and in their original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may result in the loss of your right to return the product.

The right to cancel or return orders does not apply to customized or personalized items or cut fabrics.

We will notify you by email when the returned package has arrived at Bhecumi.com. After inspecting the contents and quality of the returned items, we will either replace the product or issue a refund to the original payment method, provided the return conditions have been met.
