Return Conditions

You may return or exchange an item within the trial period of 14 days. We ask that you return the item unused, in its original packaging, and with the barcodes intact.

Please note that hygiene products, such as bed linens and rugs, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

How to Return Items:

1. Log in or create an account.
2. Click on "My Orders."
3. Click "View" on the right-hand side of the order.
4. Click "Return Items" at the bottom of the page to initiate the return process.
5. Select the products you wish to return and the quantity.
6. Provide a reason for the return.
7. Send the return.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You can choose your own shipping provider, as we do not provide return labels. We recommend that you keep your shipping receipt until you receive a confirmation of receipt from us.

Refund Process

Once we have received your returned item, we will process the refund within 4 working days.

Please note: If you are returning only part of your order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.
